Police have arrested a massage therapist who is accused of sexually assaulting a patient at the Healing Hands and Body Works Therapeutic Massage on Queen Street in Southington.
The customer filed the complaint in August and police arrested David Kingsbury, 48, at 6:45 p.m. on Oct. 9.
He was charged with second-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Kingsbury posted a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at the Bristol Court on Oct. 19.
Police said the warrant is sealed.
