An investigation is underway after a house fire in Meriden on Saturday morning.
Crews were called to the home near East Main Street and Carpenter Avenue around 5:45 a.m. after getting a report of a fire.
The extent of the damage is unknown at this time.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
