A sailor missing from Groton for a week was found safe an unharmed on Wednesday, according to police.
Jacob Tyler, 24, a Navy sailor from Groton, was reported missing on April 18.
He was last seen leaving his home on his motorcycle on the morning of April 17 and hadn't been seen since.
Tyler was found in another state and is safe, police said.
There is no criminal aspect to his disappearance, according to police.
