Power Out for Around 6,000 Across Connecticut

Power was out and branches were down in Meriden after the October nor-easter.

There are around 6,000 power outages across Connecticut due to an October nor’easter.

Eversource is reporting around 5,600 power outages as of 3 p.m.

Officials from Eversource said crews have been working shifts all night and have restored power to thousands of customers.
