New Haven Brings Back 3 Laid Off Officers

Earlier this year, 16 officers were laid off.

The city of New Haven has rehired three of the 16 police officers who were laid off during budget cuts.

A city spokesman said cutbacks in overtime costs allowed the department to bring back the officers.
