New London police are investigating a report of gunfire near a local church Monday morning.
Police said they were called to the area of Church ONEighty at 138 Garfield St. around 11:20 a.m. When they arrived they found property damage and evidence of multiple rounds being fired. No injuries were reported.
The case is under investigation. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the
