One person is dead after a crash on Route 9 North in Berlin on Thursday night.
The passenger, Juan Estrada, 32, was pronounced dead at Hartford Hospital, state police said.
Leobardo Bravo, 23, lost control of his vehicle, hit the guiderail, rolled over and hit a tree, police said. He suffered incapacitating injuries and LifeStar helicopter transported him to St. Francis Hospital.
