The left lane of Interstate 95 in North Stonington is closed Wednesday morning after a tractor-trailer overturned.
The accident happened between exits 92 and 93 northbound just after 5:30 a.m.
It is unclear when the left lane will open but officials say commuters should expect heavy delays.
There are no reports of injuries.
