Route 8 in Colebrook was closed for several hours on Tuesday after a tractor-trailer rolled over, spilling scrap metal, and struck several telephone poles.
State Dept. of Transportation officials said Route 8, also known as Colebrook River Road, was closed at Sandy Brook Road.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident. The driver appears to be uninjured, state police added.
