Interstate 91 in Rocky Hill has reopened after a car overturned and caused lane closures on Monday night.
The state Dept. of Transportation said there were heavy traffic delays between exits 24 and 25 on I-91 north. At one point, three lanes of traffic were closed. It has since reopened.
It's unclear if anyone was injured in the incident.
