Passenger Throws Driver Out of Car in New London: Police

A passenger allegedly threw out the driver of a car in New London on Tuesday night. 

Police said they got 911 calls reporting that a man had been thrown from a vehicle and was lying in the roadway at Ocean Avenue and Plant Street at approximately 8:25 p.m.

Responding officers found the man conscious but lying in the street.

The victim told police he was giving suspect, Victor Hall, a ride when the two began to argue. Hall allegedly got physical with the driver and ended up throwing the victim from the car while driving, New London Police said.

The victim was transported to L&M Hospital for further medical attention.

Police are looking for the suspect. Hall, 25, also has an active domestic violence warrant.

The investigation remains active.
