A 53-year-old man is in critical but stable condition after he was hit by a car and a truck on New Britain Avenue in Hartford Tuesday afternoon.
Witnesses said the pedestrian was first hit by a truck and another car ran him over, then took off.
Hartford police said the truck stayed and they have found the driver of the car that fled.
