Authorities have identified the person killed in a fire in Southington on Saturday night as a 77-year-old woman.
Loretta Miron owned the home at 630 Prospect Street, authorities said.
Firefighters were called to respond to the home at 9:44 p.m. on Saturday.
Miron lived at the home with her son, but he was away at the time of the fire, authorities said.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, but investigators said there is no criminal aspect to the circumstances.
