Police Arrest 3 Hells Angels Members on Drugs, Weapons Charges

Rhode Island State Police have arrested three Connecticut Hells Angels members on weapons and drugs charges.

On Aug. 8, troopers stopped four motorcycles for moving violations on I-95 in the town of East Greenwich.

A probable cause search of the operators resulted in authorities seizing a loaded .357 caliber Charter Arms hand gun, MDMA (Molly) and four other weapons.

Kenneth Michaels, 44, of Ansonia was processed, arraigned and released after posting $5,000 surety bail on a charge of license or permit required for carrying a pistol, possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of weapons other than firearms.

Sean Oldroyd, 42, of Bridgeport was processed, arraigned and released after posting $1,000 surety bail on a charge of possession of weapons other than firearms.

Mark Jones, 42, of Terryville was processed, arraigned and released after posting $1,000 surety bail on the charge of possession of a weapons other than firearms.

Operator four was cited for moving violations and released from the scene without being charged.
