Police have identified a man found dead on Interstate 84 East in Hartford on Wednesday morning as Mikhal T. Coleman, 36, of West Hartford, and said his death is untimely.
State police received a report of a body in the shoulder of the highway near exit 48 at 1:15 a.m. and found Coleman.
Police are investigating and ask anyone with information to call Troop H at 860-534-1000.
