Connecticut State Police are investigating after shots were possibly fired in Lisbon on Wednesday morning.
Police said they received a 911 call from someone indicating that shots were fired in his direction near Ross Hill Road around 8:45 a.m.
The caller described the suspect to officers. While en route, officers said they saw an individual fitting the description of the suspect speeding away from the scene.
Officers conducted a vehicle stop and detained three suspects.
Police said they will release more details as they become available.
