Missing Farmington Teen Found

Juliette Lyon has been found in Hartford and reunited with her parents after disappearing Thursday night, police said.

Lyon was missing for nearly 48 hours before she was discovered inside a home at 183 Jefferson Street in Hartford.

Farmington police held a press conference Saturday asking anyone with information to give them a call. Police said Lyon has a history of running away and has medical issues.

Lyon has a medical condition that requires her to take daily medication, and did not have her prescription with her when she disappeared, police said.

Friends and family scoured the area, holding signs and handing out fliers.

"Juliette, your family and friends and community love you so much," said Lyon's mother, Jessica. "You are precious to us and we need you home. Stay strong. Everything will be ok. I love you very much."

Lyon disappeared Thursday night in Farmington near the CVS on Main Street, Route 10. She wearing a mint green tank-top and white shorts, and brought nothing with her, police said.

Police are not releasing any information regarding the circumstances of Lyon's discovery.

They are actively investigating.
