For the past year, youths have been harassing a Wallingford disabled resident and posting the videos on YouTube, police said.
After three months of investigation, Wallingford police have arrested a 17-year-old Wallingford boy in connection with the case.
That teen, and other people police identified as youths, have entering the man’s property, recorded some of the incidents and posted them online, police said.
Police identifies one of the people responsible for the posting of the recordings and made an arrest on May 7.
The teen, who has not been identified because of his age, was charged with breach of peace.
