LifeStar responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and a car on Route 30, or the Hartford Turnpike, in Vernon this morning.
The crash happened on Route 30 near South Grove Street and the road was closed at Route 31, but it is reopening.
The crash happened near a shopping center and police also diverted traffic through the parking area behind it.
Employees from the Dunkin' Donuts nearby said there are often crashes here.
Last July, Kathleen Jasak, 58, of Vernon, was killed while trying to cross the street in the same area.
No further information was immediately available.
