Hartford police seized more than 1,200 bags of heroin, two guns and PCP when they raided two residences on Tuesday.
Police said they raided 279 Bellevue St. and 301 Bellevue St. in connection with a drug investigation and found 1,205 bags of heroin that were stamped “El Toro Negro,” two firearms, a small amount of PCP, as well as $13,930 in cash.
Police arrested Ricardo Bonilla, 25, and Maribel Roman, 40. Both were charged him with operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.
