A rescue was underway for an injured hiker at Sleeping Giant in Hamden on Wednesday.
Hamden firefighters responded to the scene around 4:30 p.m.
Hamden's chief of police told NBC Connecticut the incident was minor. A woman hiking sprained her ankle and was brought down on the department's ATV.
The scene was cleared shortly after.
No other information was immediately available.
