A man robbed a Danielson convenience store on Sunday evening and sprayed the clerk with mace, according to state police.
Police responded to 615 Route 131 in Thompson around 5:45 p.m. on Sunday to investigate a robbery and learned that the robber sprayed mace from a pink device and stole cash.
The robber is heavyset, 5-feet-3 to 5-feet-5 and had dirty blonde long hair. He was wearing a Navy blue T-shirt, tan pants or shorts, sunglasses, and a red and white bandana.
Police said the man got into some sort of vehicle and headed north on Watson Road.
State Police detectives are reviewing surveillance video from the store.
