Rocky Neck State Park in East Lyme and Millers Pond State Park in Haddam are closed after the parking lots reached capacity.

The state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has limited the capacity at the state-run parks and beaches because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Once the parking lots reach capacity, no one else is allowed on the beaches or in the parks.
