Route 118 East in Harwinton remains closed after a 53-foot truck went off the road around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
Drivers are being detoured around Scoville Hill Road to Orchard Hill Road. No injuries are reported and it’s not clear when the road will reopen.
Crews are still working on getting diesel out of the tanks.
