Part of Route 20 in Granby is closed following a serious crash, police said.
The road is closed in the area of Day Street and is expected to take hours to reopen.
Lifestar and the reconstruction team are on scene.
There are detours on Simsbury Road and Barndoor Hills Road, officials said.
It is unknown if there are any injuries at this time.
