Route 66 is closed in Columbia after a serious motorcycle crash, according to the state Department of Transportation.
CT Travel Smart reports the road is closed at Pine Street due to the crash. One person was transported to the hospital via LifeStar, according to dispatchers.
Connecticut State Police confirmed the accident reconstruction team has been called to the site. Two vehicles were involved.
