One lane of Route 9 North in Newington is getting by between exits 29 and 30 after a car went down an embankment.
Police said a car went down a steep 30- to 40-foot embankment and minor injuries are reported. The highway was closed.
Police received the call at 5:11 a.m. and they are working on getting the car out.
