School Remembers Teens Killed in Crash

The members of a Milford high school community will remember three teens killed in a crash behind the Connecticut Post mall a year ago. Jonathan Law High School has planned a remembrance ceremony Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Jon Dolceacqua, 18, Shawn Foley, 17, and Michael Vicino, 16, all died in the crash on Feb. 11, 2008.

Police say Foley lost control of his car and slammed into a utility pole along the road that circles the mall.

"Our path to this anniversary remembrance has been rough; but in the time that has passed, we have cried, loved, laughed, and forged new bonds of friendship," Principal Janet Garagiliano told the Connecticut Post.

The private ceremony will be open to Law High School students, faculty and staff.
