An 18-year-old reported being sexually assaulted early Friday morning in New Haven.
The Southern Connecticut State University student reported to police at 4 a.m. that she was attending a large house party on Crown Street and was attacked at the house.
Early Friday, police interviewed several residents of the house, which is rented by other SCSU students.
Police cleared out the house on Crowne street late Friday afternoon. The SCSU students that rent it were questioned and asked to leave according to those at the scene. Reporters in the neighborhood were told officers were waiting for a search warrant.
Some students who live next door told us 395 Crowne street is a notorious party house.
