Silver Alert Canceled for 3-Year-Old in Norwich

A Silver Alert has been canceled for a 3-year-old girl in Norwich. 

Arriana Bennett, who was last seen in the area of Ferry Street, is home and safe, police said.

Police said she was with a non-blood relative.
