Police are searching for a missing 81-year-old Milford woman and said her daughter might be taking her to Florida.
Family members reported Dolores Gray missing on July 3 and said she might be in the company of her daughter, Jeryl Gray and Jeryl’s male companion.
Dolores was with her daughter during a court-authorized visitation and did not return home, police said. There is a court-ordered conservatorship that has restrictions on Dolores leaving Connecticut.
Dolores suffers from dementia and has other medical conditions, but does not have the medication with her that she needs, family members believe.
Police have provided authorities in Florida and other states along the anticipated travel route to check on Dolores’ welfare.
Police said might be in a white minivan with a Florida registration plate. Anyone with information is asked to call the Milford Police Detective Division at (203) 877-1465 or visit our website at www.milfordpd.org and click on “Crime Tips.”
