Watertown Mom, 3 Children Found

State Police have canceled a silver alert for a Watertown mother and her three children.

Watertown Police said Karen Dubrosky, 36, and her children, Owen Brown, 6, Andrew Brown,5, and Noelle Brown, 3, had been missing since around 11 a.m. on Thursday, when Dubrosky signed the children out of school.The alert was canceled just before noon.

"(A)fter leaving a note with each of the children for their teachers, (she) took them out of school for personal reasons," Deputy Police Chief RJ Desena said.

At some point, Dubrosky reached out to someone from her self-help group and said she was with her children and was looking to go somewhere else, according to police.

Dubrosky's common-law husband called police when he returned home from work early on Thursday and his family was not home.

Dubrosky has a risk of injury case pending, according to police. She is accused of writing on one of her children with a marker and the arrest was made on Aug. 4, 2011, according to police.

Police aid they have a pretty solid tip on where the mother and three children are.

Owen Brown has blonde hair and hazel eyes. He is 4-feet-tall and weighs 55 pounds. Police did not have a description of the clothing he was wearing when he was last seen.

Andrew Brown has blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 4-feet-tall and weighs 50 pounds.

He was last seen wearing LSW jeans, black neon shoes, a blue jacket and a blue winter hat.

Noelle Brown has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 3-feet tall and weighs 30 pounds.

Police said she was last seen wearing pink pajamas and a Disney shirt.

No additional information has been released.
