Connecticut State Police are investigating after skeletal remains were found in a park in Watertown on Saturday night.
The Western District Major Crime Squad was called by Watertown Police to Black Rock State Park around 8 p.m. after getting a report of skeletal remains.
According to troopers, female skeletal remains were found and an autopsy is pending.
The incident remains under investigation.
