Rocky Neck State Park in East Lyme and several other state parks have reached full parking capacity Saturday.
According to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, the lots at Rocky Neck State Park, Miller’s Pond State Park in Durham, and Squantz Pond State Park in New Fairfield are all full and can’t accept new vehicles.
