Connecticut State Police are investigating a bomb threat that happened at the New Britain courthouse Thursday afternoon.
A spokesperson for Mayor Erin Stewart said a person dropped a note in the courthouse saying there was a bomb in one of the bathrooms.
State police later determined the claim was unsubstantiated.
The threat is under investigation.
