Governor Ned Lamont will hold a news conference in New Haven today to discuss the details of the state’s new 'Covered CT' program.
The program was created to help those struggling to afford insurance by reducing premiums on the Access Health CT exchange.
The hope is to reduce the number of uninsured residents in Connecticut, said officials.
The discussion is set to begin at 9:30 a.m.
