The Conlin Whitehead Highway inbound from Interstate 91 in Hartford is closed because of a truck that's stopped in the tunnel.
State police said an oversized tractor-trailer did not make it through the overpass and it’s stopped in the tunnel.
Drivers are urged to take a different route.
