Mohegan Sun is a destination for wine lovers every January during the annual Sun WineFest and this year, the event runs from Jan. 29 to Jan. 31.
Guests at this 13th annual Sun Winefest will have an opportunity to try more than 1,000 varieties of wine and beer.
Several celebrity chefs will be at Mohegan Sun for the celebration of food and drinks, including Rocco DiSpirito.
The event begins on Friday evening with a bourbon tasting, which will also include hors d'oeuvres and cigar sampling.
A wine tasting with the owner of Wither's Winery, which is located in California, as well as one with the owner of another California winery, Donelan Wines, will also be held on Friday night.
More wine and food tastings are planned for Saturday, with a grand tasting beginning at noon.
Later In the afternoon, guests can taste some of the best vintages in the world at the Elite Cru Tasting.
