A South Windsor teen accused of stealing from several motor vehicles in town has been charged with 13 counts of burglary.
On Monday, South Windsor Police arrested Kenneth Armes, 19, of Miller Road in South Windsor on several arrest warrants.
Police said Armes was charged in connection with an August 2012 car burglary investigation.
When state police arrested him for a motor vehicle violation, they found several GPS units, police said.
Police determined that the items had been stolen from the unlocked cars in South Windsor in July 2012.
Investigators worked with Armes to determine the owners of the stolen property and he was charged with 13 counts of burglary in the third degree -- motor vehicle.
He was later released on $32,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 25, 2012.
