The temperature should be in the 60s, but it feels like it is in the 30s today and freeze warnings are in effect.
The freeze warnings have been issued for all of Connecticut, except for the immediate shoreline.
Residents who have been enjoying the warmer weather had to grab warm jackets to deal with the chill.
“Who wants to wake up to freezing weather when two weeks ago, it was really warm out,” Jessica Roy, of Torrington, said.
Tonight, temperatures will drop even lower.
