Interstate 91 north in Windsor has fully reopened after a tractor-trailer accident on Tuesday morning.
The accident closed the on-ramp to I-91 north at exit 36, according to state Department of Transportation officials. It has since fully reopened.
It's unclear if anyone was injured in the accident.
