Troop C said they're responding to a tractor-trailer accident on Interstate 84 in Union.
The state Department of Transportation said the eastbound side of the highway is closed between exits 73 and 74.
Police said one lane of traffic is closed. No injuries were reported.
Officials remain at the scene investigating.
