
Two people have been arrested after a double shooting in Brookfield on Wednesday night.
The Brookfield Police Department said they responded to a reported disturbance at Happy Landings Farm, located on Whisconier Road. It happened around 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police learned that two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
After an investigation by Brookfield police and Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crimes, two people were arrested in connection with the shooting.

A 65-year-old man from Southbury was charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault with a firearm. He was held on $150,000 and was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
A 45-year-old from Danbury was charged with third-degree assault and was released on a written promise to appear in court.
