A large brush fire closed part of Interstate 91 north in North Haven on Saturday afternoon.
Both the right and center lanes were closed between exits 12 and 13, according to the North Haven Fire Department.
North Haven Fire said multiple engines were on-scene working to prevent the fire from spreading to the Sentinel Hill Road neighborhood.
There is no word if anyone was injured in the vehicle fire.
