Vigil, Fund Set Up for Family of Brothers Killed by Grandmother

Residents of North Stonington are grieving the loss of two little boys who police said died at the hands of their own grandmother and a vigil will be held in the boys’ memory.

A candlelight vigil will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday at the North Stonington Recreation Facility at 32 Rocky Hollow Road in North Stonington to remember Alton, 2, and 6-month-old brother Ashton Perry.

The Perry Family Fund is set up at the Chelsea Groton Bank. To make a donation, contact the branches in southeastern Connecticut.
