A water main break has closed two schools in Beacon Falls.
A water main broke around 7:30 a.m. on Route 67 at Day Street, Seymour police said. Police expect to close the roads affected.
Laurel Ledge School, an elementary school at 30 Highland Ave. and Woodland Regional High School, 135 Back Rimmon Road, are closed.
Seymour public schools have not been affected.
