A water rescue was executed on a lake in Salem after a boat and kayak collided on Friday afternoon, officials said.
Gardner Lake Volunteer Fire Department said they were at the scene after a boat and kayak collided on Gardner Lake.
All parties were taken out of the water safely and declined medical attention. It was not clear how many people were involved.
No other information was immediately available.
