West Hartford police are investigating gunfire in the Elmwood section of town Thursday.
Police said they were called to the area of Elmhurst Street and Elmhurst Circle around 1:21 a.m. for a report of shots fired. Officers found multiple shell casings on scene. No injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing. No other details were immediately available.
