A West Haven man died Thursday afternoon after becoming trapped under his car.
Firefighters arrived to find the man dead on the scene at a Forest Road, police said.
It appeared as though the car fell on top of the man while he was working on it, according to police.
The victim is described as a man in his 60s.
The medical examiner's office will try to determine the victim's cause of death.
