West Haven Public Schools are experiencing issues with the phone lines and said engineers from Frontier are working on the problem.
The school district said on social media that parents should receive a phone blast from their school with a temporary phone number to call and they can reach people in the district by email.
The email addresses are posted on whschools.org.
